We collect or use the following personal information as part of the administration and management of Portaferry Cohousing for those who declare an interest in the scheme, are on our mailing list, become a volunteer or sign up as a member:

Your Contact Details (e.g. name, personal email address, telephone number or personal address)

If you contact us in relation to the Portaferry Cohousing scheme and provide contact details as above, we will use those to respond to you and keep you informed as the scheme progresses. At any stage if you want to unsubscribe you can email us and we will remove you from our email/phonedistribution systems. We do not currently share your information with any other individuals/organisations.

If you have contacted us for some general information and we have had no contact from you in relation to the scheme for a period of 1 year we will remove you from our email /phone distribution lists. If you are a volunteer who is regularly attending meetings and wants to remain engaged with the scheme, we will retain your information until you inform us that you are no longer interested in remaining involved, in which case we will delete your information from our email/phone distribution lists. For those who are active signed up members of Portaferry Cohousing we will keep yourinformation active and live for as long as your membership and the administration of the scheme requires it.

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice. If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
